Feng Shui is wind and water, which is something everybody knows. But the two more important words in simple English that will help you to understand the topic better are Space and Time.
Most Feng Shui consultants and masters today are experts in the "Space" dimension of Feng Shui with all kinds of formula Feng Shui to help identify the "good" spots and "bad" spots in a home or business premises. When it comes to selecting a date for implementing the Feng Shui remedies, enhancers or renovations, they turn to the Chinese Farmer Almanac (tong sheng, tong shu) to refer to the 28 constellations, 12 officers or Dong Gong for "good" dates.

Veranda Resort and Spa is the most famous resort at the moment. It is the five stars resort which is used as the background in many Thai soap operas, such as the famous “Sawan Bieng”. It was the part that Ken-Teeradej and Ann Thongprasom were showing the romantic scene. The owner invited Master Mas to help select the land by the beach. This piece of land was taken over by the bank and was put for sale in the market because the previous owner became the N.P.L. with the bank. 2. All flowing water will go directly into the pool, and the pool will get bigger and bigger from the front to the back. Then, it becomes a very huge swimming pool. This is a technique of how to bring in the energy for business.
3. This building can be seen from the front all the way to the back of the resort which is the sea. This technique is different from most of the master’s believe. They believe in setting up the place that is unable to see through from the front to the back. This is the special technique in Feng Shui arrangement which Master Mas received from the oversea master.
4. Inside the resort, the building next to the sea will open its mouth to receive energy from the sea wave by making both sides of the building as wings in order to trap those energy.
5. The resort sign in front of the project should be set up directly to the incoming road, and that will make it look like three-ways intersection. Several years ago, Khun Issarasuph has opened a small business for the communication equipment products. He had less than 10 employees and his business has been up and down during that period. Taking the activities without consulting an auspicious time may activate negative energy of year/month/day/hour, causing serious misfortunes within 7 days and the bad luck will linger at least 4 months. Some directions can cause constant misfortunes as long as 12 years. If the activity cannot be avoided, always consult an auspicious time first.
2. When confronting problems or misfortunes in life, you must think back to a few weeks ago before the misfortunes happen, considering whether you have taken any activities without consulting an auspicious time
Examine carefully both inside and surrounding of the house, checking in every direction whether your neighbors have taken any activities stated above which are noisy and disturbing. These activities can be caused by governmental service e.g. fixing roads or drains, cutting trees etc. If you explore something of the mentioned, do check the direction where the action was taken by referring to your floor plan/chart. Then call for consulting the solutions (Note: If the bad direction is avoided, the negative effect will not occur.)
3. To follow Feng Shui suggestions, the action must be taken on a specified auspicious time and continued to completion with no more than a few days gap allowed in the same spot of action. Then continue to other spots being near to the spot of first action with no need to use a new auspicious time as it is considered a continuous auspicious time. Only the spots that are in the distance from the first spot need a new auspicious time.
4. After making Feng Shui arrangement, if all are correctly taken, you will see the result within a week or a month or not later than 120 days. If the result is not felt apparently, take photos and bring them together with the floor plan/chart for consultation with your master in order to find out what you had mistaken.
How to use XKDG date selection to gain auspiciousness from San Sha
San Sha also known as ‘Three Killings’ is an annual inauspicious direction. That will be in different directions and locations each year. The San Sha directions are considered by Feng Shui Masters to be of extreme importance in Feng Shui applications.
Most of Masters always recommend to avoid disturbing the earth or engaging in renovations or construction in the San Sha direction. Also do not engage any new construction of a building that sits on the San Sha direction.
Disturbing or Offending the San Sha direction may cause various levels of effects including illness and injury. Minor effects could entail short term illnesses and loss of money. Medial effects could entail blood-related injuries and loss of wealth. Extreme effects could entail severe injuries, calamities, destitution and fatalities.
It is advisable to choose proper dates from the Xuan Kong Da Gua Date Selection method if necessary to perform construction or renovations in the San Sha direction.
